Below is the version I would use for the entire M Sports FAQ page. I’ve written it so customers can quickly understand pricing, memberships, Prime vs. Off Hours, 24/7 access, booking, parties, food/drinks, and simulator rules.
GENERAL INFORMATION
What is M Sports Golf Simulator Lounge?
M Sports is Edinboro's indoor golf simulator lounge! We provide a comfortable, fun place to practice, play, compete and enjoy golf year-round.
Our two simulator bays feature Uneekor Eye XO2 launch monitors, giving golfers detailed swing and ball data while allowing them to play courses, practice on the range, compete in games and more.
Whether you're an experienced golfer, just learning the game or simply looking for something fun to do with friends, M Sports is for you.

Do I need to be an experienced golfer?
Not at all! M Sports is designed for all skill levels.
You can play a full round of golf, practice on the driving range, work on your swing, compete in games or just have fun with friends and family.
How many simulator bays do you have?
M Sports has two premium golf simulator bays.
Because we only have two bays, reservations are highly recommended—especially during evenings and weekends.
HOURS & ACCESS
What are M Sports' regular hours?
Our regular staffed hours may vary throughout the year. Current hours and available simulator times will always be shown through our online booking system.
One of the biggest benefits of becoming an M Sports member is the opportunity to receive 24/7 facility access, including times when M Sports is not staffed.
What are Prime Hours and Off Hours?
We divide simulator time into Prime Hours and Off Hours.
OFF HOURS
Monday–Friday before 5:00 PM
PRIME HOURS
Monday–Friday 5:00 PM and later
All day Saturday and Sunday
Our regular 10-, 15- and 25-Hour Memberships can be used during both Prime and Off Hours.
Our discounted Student & Senior Membership can only be used during Off Hours.
Is M Sports available 24/7?
Qualified M Sports members can receive 24/7 access after completing our member orientation and training.
This gives members the opportunity to reserve simulator time early in the morning, late at night or at other times when the facility isn't staffed.
Does 24/7 access mean I can just show up anytime?
No. A reservation is required before using a simulator, even if you have 24/7 member access.
Your access allows you to enter the facility for your scheduled reservation when M Sports is not staffed.
Will an employee always be at M Sports?
No. During after-hours reservations, the facility may be completely unstaffed.
Members who receive 24/7 access will be trained on entering the facility, using the simulators and properly shutting down their bay when finished.
SIMULATOR PRICING
How much does it cost to rent a simulator?
Our standard non-member simulator rate is:
$55 per hour, per simulator bay
The price is for the bay—not per golfer.
Memberships can reduce your effective simulator rate to as little as $30 per hour for qualifying Student & Senior members and $34 per hour with our 25-Hour Membership.
Is the $55 rate per person?
No! That's one of the great things about playing at M Sports.
The rate is per simulator bay.
If four golfers share a one-hour $55 reservation, for example, that's only $13.75 per golfer.
How many golfers can play in one bay?
We recommend a maximum of four golfers per simulator bay during regular play.
MEMBERSHIPS
Does M Sports offer memberships?
Yes! Membership is the best value for golfers who plan to visit M Sports regularly.
Members receive discounted simulator time, extended booking privileges and the opportunity to receive 24/7 facility access after completing member orientation.
What memberships are available?
STUDENT & SENIOR MEMBERSHIP — $300
Includes 10 hours annually
Effective rate: $30/hour
Available exclusively to qualifying high school students, college students and seniors.
Student & Senior Membership hours may only be used during Off Hours — Monday through Friday before 5:00 PM.
10-HOUR MEMBERSHIP — $399
Includes 10 hours annually
Effective rate: $39.90/hour
$151 savings compared with paying the standard hourly rate.
Perfect for the golfer who expects to visit about once a month.
Hours may be used during Prime or Off Hours.
15-HOUR MEMBERSHIP — $550
Includes 15 hours annually
Effective rate: $36.67/hour
$275 savings compared with paying the standard hourly rate.
A great option for frequent golfers.
Hours may be used during Prime or Off Hours.
25-HOUR MEMBERSHIP — $850 — BEST VALUE
Includes 25 hours annually
Effective rate: $34/hour
$525 savings compared with paying the standard hourly rate.
Perfect for frequent golfers, families, groups or golfers using M Sports for lessons and practice.
Hours may be used during Prime or Off Hours.
Who qualifies for the $300 Student & Senior Membership?
The $300 membership is specifically available to qualifying:
High school students • College students • Seniors
Proof of eligibility may be required.
This membership includes 10 simulator hours that may be used Monday through Friday before 5:00 PM only.
Can Student & Senior members play during Prime Hours?
The included hours in the $300 Student & Senior Membership are limited to Off Hours.
Off Hours are Monday through Friday before 5:00 PM.
Prime Hours begin at 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, and all Saturday and Sunday hours are Prime Hours.
Can regular membership hours be used during Prime Hours?
Yes!
Our 10-Hour, 15-Hour and 25-Hour Memberships can be used during both Prime and Off Hours, subject to simulator availability.
How long do I have to use my membership hours?
Memberships are annual memberships, so your included simulator hours should be used during your membership year.
Can I bring friends or family using my membership?
Absolutely!
You can bring guests to play during your reserved simulator time. The membership holder must make the reservation and be present.
Can I share my membership with someone else?
No. Memberships and facility access privileges are issued to the individual member and are not transferable.
However, you're welcome to bring guests and use your hours while golfing together.
Can I give someone my after-hours access information?
No.
For everyone's safety and security, facility access credentials may never be shared.
Sharing access credentials may result in the suspension or termination of membership privileges.
24/7 MEMBER ACCESS
How do I receive 24/7 access?
Members eligible for after-hours access must first complete a brief M Sports orientation.
We'll show you how to:
Enter and secure the facility, operate the simulator and software, properly start and shut down your bay, and follow our safety and security procedures.
Orientation should only take approximately 10 minutes.
Does orientation count against my simulator hours?
No. Member orientation does not count against your purchased simulator hours.
Can I bring guests after hours?
Yes. Members may bring guests during their reservation.
The member who made the reservation must be present for the entire visit and is responsible for their guests and for following all M Sports rules.
RESERVATIONS
How do I reserve a simulator?
Reservations are made through the M Sports online booking system.
Select your date, starting time and the amount of simulator time you'd like to reserve.
How far in advance can I make a reservation?
Members: Up to 14 days in advance
Non-Members: Up to 7 days in advance
Do I need a reservation?
Reservations are strongly recommended.
Walk-ins are welcome when a simulator is available, but with only two bays, we cannot guarantee availability without a reservation.
After-hours member use always requires a reservation.
How much time should I reserve?
A good rule of thumb for playing 18 holes is approximately one hour per golfer.
For example:
One golfer — approximately 1 hour
Two golfers — approximately 2 hours
Four golfers — approximately 4 hours
Actual playing time depends on pace of play, skill level and game format.
Does setup and warm-up count toward my reservation?
Yes. Your reservation includes all setup, warm-up and playing time.
We recommend arriving ready to begin at your scheduled starting time.
What happens if we don't finish our round?
Your simulator session ends at your scheduled ending time.
If additional time is available and there isn't another reservation immediately following yours, you may be able to purchase additional time.
CANCELLATIONS
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans change.
Reservations cancelled at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
Cancellations within 24 hours may be eligible for a one-time reschedule.
Cancellations within two hours of the reservation and no-shows may be charged the full reservation amount or membership hours.
GOLF & SIMULATOR EQUIPMENT
What simulator technology does M Sports use?
M Sports uses premium Uneekor Eye XO2 overhead launch monitors.
The system provides golfers with detailed ball and club data while allowing right- and left-handed golfers to play together without moving equipment.
What golf software do you offer?
M Sports offers access to Uneekor GameDay and GSPro, providing golfers with thousands of course and practice options.
Depending on the software, golfers can enjoy traditional stroke play, scrambles, foursomes, four-ball, driving ranges, practice modes and games such as Closest to the Pin and Longest Drive.
Can I just practice instead of playing a course?
Absolutely!
You can spend your entire reservation on the driving range or practice area.
It's a great way to work on your swing, compare clubs, dial in your distances and use the Uneekor data to better understand your golf game.
Do I need to bring golf clubs?
We encourage golfers to bring their own clubs.
Basic clubs are also available at M Sports for customers who need them.
Can I bring my own golf balls?
No.
Outside golf balls are not permitted because dirty, damaged or marked golf balls can damage our simulator screens.
M Sports provides approved golf balls and plastic tees for simulator use.
Please leave all M Sports golf balls and tees in the designated simulator area when you're finished.
Can I wear golf shoes?
Yes, but metal spikes are prohibited.
Shoes entering the simulator greenspace must be clean and dry.
FOOD, DRINKS & BYOB
Can I bring food to M Sports?
Yes!
Customers are welcome to bring their own food and drinks.
However, food and beverages are not permitted inside the simulator greenspace.
Please help us keep M Sports clean by cleaning up after your group.
Is M Sports BYOB?
Yes. M Sports is BYOB.
Guests are expected to drink responsibly, and underage drinking is strictly prohibited.
Do you sell drinks?
M Sports offers a limited selection of water, pop and other non-alcoholic beverages for purchase.
Can we watch sports while golfing?
Absolutely!
M Sports has multiple TVs, making it a great place to play golf while watching football, basketball, hockey, golf or other sporting events.
KIDS & FAMILIES
Are kids allowed at M Sports?
Yes! We want M Sports to be a place where families can enjoy golf together.
Guests under 16 should have a parent, guardian or coach present unless they're participating in an approved M Sports youth program or event.
Do you offer youth golf opportunities?
Yes!
M Sports plans to offer youth programs, special events and other opportunities designed to introduce younger golfers to the game and give experienced junior golfers a place to practice year-round.
PARTIES & PRIVATE EVENTS
Can I have a party at M Sports?
Absolutely!
M Sports is available for private parties and small events for groups of up to 16 people.
Private party rentals are $120 per hour and include both simulator areas.
What is included with a private party?
Your party includes access to the simulator areas along with an M Sports Caddy.
Your Caddy will help your group use the simulators, select games, choose courses and organize fun activities and competitions such as Longest Drive and Closest to the Pin.
You don't have to be a golfer to have a great time!
Can we bring our own food and drinks for a party?
Yes!
You're welcome to bring your own food, snacks and beverages.
What types of parties can we have at M Sports?
M Sports is a great location for:

LEAGUES, LESSONS & EVENTS
Does M Sports offer golf leagues?
Yes!
M Sports will offer seasonal leagues throughout the year, including opportunities for different skill levels and groups.

Do I have to be a good golfer to join a league?
No!
Our goal is to make M Sports leagues competitive, social and fun.
Different league formats may be offered throughout the year so golfers of various skill levels can participate.
Does M Sports offer golf lessons?
We are working with area golf professionals to provide lesson opportunities at M Sports.
Check our website and social media for announcements regarding instructors, lesson availability and scheduling.
Will you have tournaments and competitions?
Yes!
M Sports plans to offer simulator tournaments and special competitions throughout the year, including Longest Drive, Closest to the Pin and other challenges.
FACILITY RULES & SAFETY
Can I swing a golf club anywhere in the facility?
No.
Golf clubs may only be swung inside the designated simulator greenspace.
For safety, only the golfer actively hitting should be swinging a club.
Can I adjust the simulator equipment?
No.
Launch monitors, projectors, computers, cameras, screens and other M Sports equipment should only be adjusted by M Sports personnel.
If you experience a problem, please contact us for assistance.
Who is responsible if equipment is damaged?
Customers may be held financially responsible for damage caused by misuse, reckless behavior or failure to follow M Sports rules.
Does M Sports have security cameras?
Yes.
Security cameras are used throughout the facility for safety, security and facility monitoring.
This is especially important because qualified members can access M Sports when employees are not present.
GIFT CARDS
Does M Sports sell gift cards?
Yes!
M Sports simulator time makes a great gift for golfers and non-golfers alike.
Gift cards are perfect for Christmas, birthdays, Father's Day, Mother's Day, graduations, anniversaries and other special occasions.
